STUDIO POLICIES

  • All classes require a 12-hour cancellation notice. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class, and no-shows will incur a $20 fee.

    Cancelling classes can be done through our app.

  • Grip socks are required for all classes, with no exceptions. If you forget yours or don’t have a pair, we have them available for purchase at the studio. This policy is in place for both safety and hygiene reasons.

  • Waitlists for classes do move! Signing up for a waitlist is just like registering for a class. If you’re moved from the waitlist, we expect you to attend. If you are removed within the 12-hour cancellation window, late fees will apply if you’re unable to attend.

    If you can no longer make it, please remove yourself from the waitlist so someone else has the opportunity to join.

    If you're on the waitlist and someone cancels, you will be moved into the class up to 2 hours before it starts.

  • All clients are asked to arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts to allow time for both you and the instructor to settle in and prepare. Just as we expect our instructors to arrive on time, we ask you to do the same. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, you will not be allowed to join the class. as skipping the warm-up can increase the risk of injury.

    Clients are encouraged to remain for the full duration of the class. We understand that emergencies can happen, but if you need to leave early due to special circumstances, please inform the instructor before the class begins.

  • Please let your instructor know before class if you're pregnant, postnatal, or dealing with any injuries. We’ll make sure to adjust the class and movements to fit your needs, offering plenty of modifications to help you feel comfortable and supported.

    Lagree is a great option for pregnant clients, as it’s highly adaptable. Like with any workout, it’s important to approach it with care. We’ll guide you through modifications and ensure you’re getting the support you need. Just come as you are, and we’ll meet you where you’re at. After 12 weeks of pregnancy, some moves will need to be adjusted. Please make sure to check with your doctor before joining a class at TONE Wellness Studio.

    For safety reasons, we do not allow pregnant new clients to attend group classes until the studio has cleared them. New pregnant clients will need to start with private sessions, where we can ensure your safety and provide tailored modifications before joining group classes.

  • Please note that all memberships require a 3-month commitment. To cancel your membership, email info@tonewellnessstudio.org at least 30 days before your billing date. You will also be required to fill out a cancellation form.

  • All class purchases and membership fees are non-refundable. Class packs and memberships cannot be resold or shared.

    All classes must be paid for in advance, either through our website or our app.

    A valid credit card is required to maintain your account. If you do not have an active card on file, you will not be able to attend class until one is added.
